Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Global Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across key international markets. This role translates global brand priorities into locally relevant, insight-driven plans that strengthen brand equity, accelerate business performance, and unlock new growth opportunities across regions. The ideal candidate brings strong international marketing expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance global consistency with local market needs. The position supports key markets including the UK, EMEA, Australia, and select APAC opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drive International Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

• Lead global brand strategy, translating global brand priorities into market-relevant plans that drive growth across key regions (primarily UK & EMEA, with support for APAC/Australia as needed).
• Partner cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, product development, and digital teams to ensure there is strong buy-in and understanding of the importance of a consistent global brand message.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners to ensure the brand content strategy is adjusting for local nuances.

Lead Market Execution & Go-to-Market Planning

• Develop localized marketing programs that build brand awareness and support regional commercial goals.
• Oversee international product launches, including coordination of sales materials, training tools, brand assets, and supporting documentation.

Champion Brand Consistency & Global Alignment

• Ensure all international marketing execution aligns with global brand standards, including positioning, visual identity, messaging, and overall brand experience.
• Train and educate regional teams on brand strategy, product priorities, and asset usage to drive consistency and elevate brand presentation globally.

Foster Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Share best practices and key learnings across markets to strengthen performance and encourage collaboration.
• Partner with brand and product development teams to inform innovation and product strategy based on international market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with heavy experience in a global role overseeing brand content strategy and execution.
• Proven strategic marketing capability, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project leadership skills, with experience influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and build relationships across global markets.
• Demonstrated success working in international environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and regions.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
