Are you an independent designer who loves branding, design and storytelling? Do you make visuals that bring brands to life? Resident360 is looking for freelance designers to support our brand and marketing collateral projects on an as-needed basis.

As a freelance designer, you'll help shape how our clients' brands show up on websites, print materials, signage and digital campaigns.

Project Scope May Include:

• Brand Identity Development – Concept and deliver brand identities, including mood boards, logo concepts, color palettes, typography and brand guidelines.
• Print & Digital Collateral – Create marketing materials for print and digital that support client goals.
• Presentation Design – Build polished, strategy-driven presentation decks that explain your design rationale.
• Revisions & Final Files – Refine work through defined revision rounds and deliver organized, editable source files.

What We're Looking For:

• Adobe Creative Suite Expertise – You know Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign inside and out.
• Versatile Portfolio – Your work shows range across branding, print, web and presentations
• Strong Typography & Layout Skills – You understand space, balance and visual hierarchy.
• Reliable & Deadline-Driven – You meet agreed timelines and communicate early if anything changes.
• Clear Communicator – You take feedback well, explain your design choices and keep projects moving.
• Independent & Organized – You manage your own workflow and handle multiple projects without losing quality.
• Strategic Thinker – Your design decisions are grounded in the creative brief, not aesthetics alone.

Bonus Points If You…

➕ Have multifamily industry experience

➕ Have worked with or for a creative agency

➕ Have experience designing commercial signage

Experience:

• 3+ years of Graphic Design experience
• 3+ years of Logo/Brand Design experience
• 3+ years of Print Design experience
• 2+ years of Presentation Design experience

Contract Details:

• Portfolio required for consideration
• Freelance, engaged on a per-project basis as work becomes available. No retainer or minimum commitment, and project volume is not guaranteed.
• Flexible schedule, with project deadlines and review dates set in advance
• Contractor provides their own equipment and software licenses
• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Remote
