Job Description

BettingJobs is partnering with a globally recognised poker brand to appoint a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of its digital poker education platform. This is a chance to take ownership of a growing platform and shape how it scales.

You'll own the full marketing strategy for the platform, from acquisition and conversion through engagement, retention and revenue. Working closely with Product, Content, Analytics, CRM and Social, you'll set targets, test widely and build the processes and partnerships behind the next stage of growth. This role suits a commercially sharp, data-led growth marketer who enjoys moving between strategy and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer acquisition across paid social, paid search, app, affiliates, creators, partnerships and organic channels
  • Own the customer journey from install and registration through purchase, retention and renewal
  • Set and manage targets across CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion and revenue
  • Drive lifecycle marketing across email, push, in-app and re-engagement campaigns
  • Build a structured testing programme for audiences, creative, messaging and offers
  • Use live events, tournaments, personalities and content to drive awareness
  • Develop relationships with poker creators, instructors, ambassadors and affiliates
  • Manage agencies and report regularly to leadership on performance and priorities

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years' experience in digital and performance marketing
  • Track record of building and scaling acquisition programmes across paid and organic channels
  • Strong knowledge of app marketing, lifecycle and CRM, conversion optimisation and retention
  • Background in digital products, mobile apps, subscription or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Data-driven approach to testing, measurement and budget allocation
  • Experience writing go-to-market plans and managing agencies and vendors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
